Whistleblower Protection and Reward System
The whistleblower's secret is kept strictly confidential.
Disclosing or implying the identity of the whistleblower without the consent of the whistleblower is strictly prohibited. If the whistleblower requests confidentiality, their personal information will be omitted during the investigation process and when processing the measures to be taken. If the whistleblower’s identity gets disclosed without the consent of the whistleblower, the incident will be investigated and necessary measures and disciplinary actions will be taken.
The whistleblower's identity is kept strictly confidential.
If the whistleblower experiences disadvantages, the whistleblower’s complaint for such disadvantages shall be accepted and thoroughly investigated to make sure the whistleblower’s status is recovered and necessary personnel adjustments are made. Also, severe disciplinary actions shall be taken against the perpetrators of such disadvantages.
The whistleblower is rewarded.
Depending on the report, if the act of whistleblowing significantly contributes to the long-term growth of the company by reducing corruption and wrong practices or, if it brings profit to the company or prevents loss by preventing the use of budget for purposes other than its intended purposes or private use of company property for private gain, the whistleblower shall receive a reward according to company policies.
